The objective of School3s Surf Sup & Soul is to become the meeting point of excellence for all the inhabitants of the island, as well as for all those who are on vacation, because we want everyone to Enjoy and have fun with our activities.
School3s Surf Sup & Soul always values your skills and your schedule and that is why our courses are of different duration, from 1 day to several days. Furthermore, with our classes, you will navigate the Atlantic and move around Lanzarote, discovering its most incredible places, from the water.
We can also organize a dream package for you, in which we combine all our sports activities. School3s Surf Sup & Soul instructors are licensed by the ISA and the Garbha Yoga Academy.
Summary Paddle Boarding
With or without waves in the Atlantic, we can get excellent use of this water sport, since the range of options we offer you are:
- Baptism: we carry out paddle surfing baptisms lasting 1 hour, or for 1 full day, through which you will discover this activity and take a quiet walk through the sea, enjoying the views of our Lanzarote.
- Classes: with our 3 or 5-day courses you will delve into SUP techniques and you will also navigate our waters with the aim of getting to know such surprising places as Famara Beach, the reefs, the fishing villages , etc.
- Stand up Paddle-Yoga: with this modality you will have to maintain your stability on the paddle board while performing the different yoga exercises, feeling a true emotion, since it will allow you to promote your body and spirit, while the beauty of our surroundings envelops you.
For all lessons at School3s Surf Sup & Soul we include transportation, material, water, insurance, theoretical and practical classes and photographic report.
Summary Surfing
Our school offers you the following surf courses that will allow you to discover a fascinating world, in a 100% family environment and with groups of few people:
- 1-day course: it is the perfect option to know what emotions are experienced with this water sport, since you will become familiar with everything that surrounds it.
- 3-day course: with this course, you will not only know the basics, but you will also be able to catch the first wave.
- 5-day course: it is ideal to learn the history of surfing, in addition to feeling comfortable in our waters, since you will learn all types of maneuvers, as well as currents, waves, storms, etc. , so you can navigate in a safe and fun way.
All our classes will start in the morning. School3s Surf Sup & Soul will take you to the beach in a van, a place where we will get to know each other, warm up and, above all, have a lot of fun.
