A perfect instructor Antoine, the other is the devil! I have been insulted several times!
It is unacceptable to behave in this way with customers. I asked for the change of the position of the straps on a fun board, by renting 2 hours and proposing the unscrewing and that everything be taken on my rental time and that triggered these repeated insults. I came by train to carnac on purpose because by phone, I had all my answers with Antoine le gentil.
I went to the club 4 times and in the end I was not able to sail (off-center strap at the front and at the back, an intermediate position would have been desirable)
