Outdoor Nautical: Learning management skills through sailing.

This program aims to develop or improve skills that are detected as a need. To do this, we apply our methodology based on learning through direct experience on board a boat and in an incomparable setting: The Vigo estuary and its islands. The Coach will design the training plan based on the obstacles detected, which will be fun, absorbing and based on theory about experiences, ensuring that the learning generated is correctly transferred to the day-to-day life of the organization.
