For nature lovers , the center offers the opportunity to participate in a unique and exciting experience : Canyoning !

In the area of Lake Garda , where Sailing Du Lac stands, you will enter the mountain gorges to discover the most beautiful streams in the region.

canyoning is an activity suitable for everyone , it will be enough to have a minimum of confidence with water and adventure sports. You will be accompanied by expert alpine guides who will show you the correct way to face the obstacles that nature offers.

Sailing Du Lac will provide all participants with the wetsuit, neoprene shoes, helmet, harness and life jacket to ensure total safety of the excursion.

The activities carried out are:

• Canyoning Rio Nero , which will take place in the river of the same name, located in the Ledro Valley. It is an adrenaline-filled experience, lasting four hours and of medium difficulty, with jumps that can reach 7 meters in height, slides and abseils from 15 meters;

• Canyoning Palvico , begins without particular difficulties but full of slides and waterfalls to jump, with points where you will almost pass into caves and natural pools. It is one of the most famous canyoning routes in all of northern Italy!

• Family Canyoning , suitable for families with children (minimum height 1.35), ideal for spending a beautiful and adventurous day together, is of an easy level and includes a path with waterfalls, slides between the rocks and fountains .

Sailing Du Lac , a center based on the shores of Lake Garda , offers all lovers of water sports the opportunity to carry out numerous activities on the lake, including the sail .

The center organizes, at all levels and for all ages, sailing courses and lessons , to be carried out in groups or individually.

As for adults , the sailing activities are as follows:

• Catamaran course for beginners , to learn the basics of this discipline, learning to steer the boat, famous for its dynamism. We will start with the preparation of the boat, then moving on to the main gaits and safety maneuvers;

• Advanced catamaran course , where you will learn to control speed and stability, improving coordination with the bowman and skills at the helm. You will learn how to drive the catamaran even in strong wind situations, for maximum fun!

• Catamaran lessons , perfect for learning the techniques of driving the vehicle in a few hours;

• Sailing course on drift for beginners , to learn the basics of sailing in light or medium wind, with gaits, tack and jibe, without forgetting the caps. This course also gives the possibility to obtain the VDWS license;

• Advanced sailing course on drift , to improve and refine the maneuvers learned in the basic course, learning to adjust the sails and to glide, using the trapeze.

Windsurfing enthusiasts will find, at the Sailing Du Lac center in Riva del Garda , on the shores of the lake of the same name, the perfect place to try their hand in this fun aquatic discipline .

Sailing Du Lac is dedicated not only to promoting a large number of sports activities of all kinds, but also to teaching windsurfing and renting all the necessary equipment.

At the center you will find a wide range of RRD boards and sails , modern and in excellent condition, suitable for beginners and experts.

Those wishing to approach this sport will also have the opportunity to take part in one of the Windsurfing courses , for children and adults, organized by the Sailing Du Lac center or in a individual lesson .

The courses are structured in various levels, to allow beginners to learn the basics and experts to improve their performance on the table.

At the center it will also be possible to obtain the VDWS international license .

The courses are structured as follows:

• Special course for children , with a fun and dynamic teaching style for future surfers (aged 6 and up);

• Course for beginners during which you will learn the basic windsurfing maneuvers, lasts 4 days;

• Advanced course will allow you to gain confidence on the board even in medium wind conditions;

• Advanced Fun course , to learn to sail even with strong winds;

• Advanced Pro course where you will be taught the use of the trapeze and the gaits both with and without drift, learning the glide and the start from the shore;

• Funboard course to improve board handling with your feet, learning the technique of straps and slalom, as well as fast tack and power jibe on a freeride board;

• Funboard Pro course during which you will learn starting from the water in all possible variations, learning to balance and the basic techniques to carry out radical maneuvers.

Sailing Du Lac is located on the shores of Lake Garda and makes available to all those who visit the area, the possibility of renting sailing boats or catamarans on board which you can sail in the waters of the lake in total tranquility .

sailing cruisers are also available, which can be rented with or without skipper , ideal for spending up to a week in Lake Garda .

Sailboat rentals range from one hour to full day , and includes life jackets for all passengers.

You can rent a modern Mountain bike Merida to venture on the mountain dirt paths, or opt for a quiet ride on the cycling paths in the area.
