Company Overview
For Memphis Jet the coasts of French Hendaye have no secrets. Now we want to share that information with you through the most exciting water activities that take place on the Basque Coast:
- Jet ski rental and outings: if you have a license, you are prepared to pilot them. You can rent them for different periods of time or participate in any of our excursions. We take the Bay of Hendaye as a base to head, depending on the occasion, to Donostia and the cliffs of Jaizkibel or San Juan de la Luz among other destinations.
- Boat expeditions: 60 or 120 minutes always accompanied by a skipper and for a maximum total of 12 passengers.
- Flyboard: another function of our jet skis is to provide assistance to the flysurf system so you can fly over the sea. We will teach you how to move with this equipment so that you can try your first stunts as soon as possible.
- Flyfish: an idea that has brought about a revolution in activities with aquatic inflatables. For 15 minutes, and equipped with a life jacket, we will tow you while you face incredible jumps as you reach speed. You will have to wait until you turn 12 to try it if you don't have them yet.
Summary Jet Skiing
At Memphis Jet we suggest that you take a short hop to the French coast to get one of the jet skis that we put at your disposal in Hendaye. We are located on one of the best beaches on the Basque Coast where landscape and sport come together in a perfect combination to enjoy on your vacation.
Our jet skis can be piloted by a single person or carry two passengers who exchange controls, whenever they feel like it. In addition, we can do group outings. Of course, it is essential to have a navigation license for an activity that:
- It is available for rent for 1-hour slots that increase for an additional cost for 60-minute slots until reaching half a day or a full day with the jet ski at your entire disposal.
- Includes the loan of a life jacket for all participants. We also leave you a waterproof bag so you can safely store your mobile phone without it getting wet among the water trails that you will raise as you pass.
Keep in mind that the fuel you use, depending on the route you are going to take, is your responsibility.
And if you don't have a license but don't want to miss the opportunity to get behind the controls of our jet skis, you can count on our training to obtain it.
Summary Flyboard
Memphis Jet takes you to Hendaye, as part of the Basque Coast that is already in the French country, so you can try flyboarding in the best waters.
Also known by our instructors as flysurf, we stick with its same fundamentals. In a jet ski, also from our own fleet, the water is supplied under pressure through a tube to an element similar to a board. It is this board that is attached to boots that the participant puts on. That's where the real adventure begins:
- After having received you at our nautical center on the beach, we show you the material with which you will have to familiarize yourself slightly before your flight. We tell you well, lightly and not in depth because it is easy to learn and you will be able to handle it simply with practice.
- The moment we begin the communication between the jet ski and the flyboard, you will be able to take off from the sea vertically. At first it will be difficult for you to maintain the position but little by little you will find the precise balance point. For you to achieve this, we will increase the water pressure progressively so that you first rise only centimeters and reach several meters above the surface.
