MG is 20 years of passion, a team of professionals who adapt a teaching method to your sporting project: discovery, sensation, adventure.

MG offers you sliding or multi-sliding courses, tailor-made courses, supervised navigations as well as Raids around the island of Noirmoutier.

MG teaches in small groups for quality supervision with individual equipment (helmet, radio, suit) and vintage equipment.
