Girona is without a doubt an area that stands out above all for its coast and everything related to it. But nevertheless, it does not hide few things, much less in the interior, in greener areas that are crossed by routes and paths. At Maritimes Met we want to help you get to know better this attractive hidden side of Catalan nature thanks to its bicycle rental service.

Along the Costa Brava there are a large number of routes in which the ideal thing is to get on a bicycle and travel them while enjoying the fantastic landscapes that are found during their course. One of them is the Petit Train route, which without a doubt is a great choice for those who plan to come with the family, since its main virtue is its simplicity so that it can be traveled by all types of public.

It has an approximate distance of about 7 kilometers, and is located as a meeting point between Calella de Palafrugell on one side, and Palamós on the other. It does not have too many changes in height, so the slopes so feared by those not used to cycling do not have to scare them.

We have different tours, depending on what you want to see:

• When dawn breaks, we will leave from theAiguablava beach out to sea to toast the beginning of a new day with a glass of cava.
• We will head to Illes Formigues from where we can see two of the most visited points in the area that takes us from Platja d'Aro to Sant Sebastià cape. During the tour, we will stop at Banyera de la Russa to have a snack and, why not, take a dip.
• One of our most special journeys is the one that will take us to Coves dèn Gispert. We can go inside its caves without getting off the boat. Of course, we won't miss a good aperitif.

These are just some of the routes we do, but we also have rentals so you can organize your own adventure or alternative routes to the ones we propose.
