The Arrábida Natural Park hides numerous secrets that we can discover together, respecting the marine life that inhabits it. As we have mentioned before, we not only offer paddle surfing activities, you can also sign up for our incredible kayak excursions or learn to dive in a privileged environment.

At Mana Kai Paddle we are passionate about 3 things: the ocean, Portugal and paddle surf strong>. For this reason, we wanted to combine everything to offer different paddle surf activities in Arrábida to anyone who comes to discover this paradise.
It doesn't matter if you have never practiced this sport, we will teach you from scratch so that in a short time you will know how to get around on the board. During our tours we will visit caves, islands and beaches that leave everyone who sees them speechless. In addition, you will be able to observe the marine life around you, such as different fish that you will appreciate later with the snorkeling goggles that we will provide you.
The instructors are true SUP professionals with more than 15 years of experience behind them. They love sharing this part of their lives with you and will teach you everything they know in a dynamic and effective way.
Additionally, you can combine the day of paddle surfing with a meal at Tacos Pexito, authentic Mexican food in Sesimbra. Highly recommended! At Mana Kai Paddle we are experts in offering high quality experiences. Our instructors have been dedicated to this for more than 15 years and love introducing new people to the world of aquatic activities. You can hire our kayak experiences in Spanish, English or Portuguese, we adapt to you!
During our excursions we will discover spectacular landscapes, we will go through caves and visit the most beautiful beaches in the area, where we will stop to rest and have a snack. We'll even provide you with snorkel goggles so you can explore underwater life. We will bring our GoPro camera to take the best photos of you while you have fun, you will love the result!
