Rafting, the intense nautical activity par excellence, something to satisfy all levels, beginners or experienced paddlers. Our qualified instructors will give you all the safety rules and supervise you throughout the descent.

Rafting is practiced in groups of at least eight people and up to ten. You will be helped by one of our experienced and professional instructors called "helmsman".

Summary Hydrospeed
Welcome to Saint Lary Soulan, where the water from our torrents flows as quickly as the skiers slide down our slopes! Our Leisure Adventure team awaits you for a hydrospeed descent, a white water sport full of thrills.
But what is hydrospeed? This is the nickname for white water swimming, a sport consisting of going down a stream of water equipped with fins and a streamlined float. Nicknamed the "stream sled," this bodyboard-sized float protects you from hitting rocks and helps you navigate the river bed. Certainly one of the most intense disciplines among white water sports, hydrospeed guarantees you maximum adrenaline and an experience right in the wild landscape!
Supervised by a state qualified instructor, the activity takes place in the summer season and in all weathers in the Neste d'Aure, a river flowing from Saint Lary to the Garonne. Irrigating the Aure valley, it has a few rapids and is therefore ideal for whitewater swimming!
After an initiative portion during which you will learn to navigate the river bed, the descent offers you a more sporty playground at the Cadeac gorges. In a green setting bathed by the emerald waters of the Neste d’Aure, we have a spectacular descent in store for you in a wonderful setting!
Hydrospeed is the ideal sporting activity to share with your thrill-seeking friends, whether for a birthday or a bachelor party. Our instructors also welcome family outings and corporate events.

How to get there?
Our white water sports base is located at Pont de Bazus, a few minutes from Saint Lary Soulan. From Tarbes, allow an hour to reach us by taking the A64 then the D929, which goes up the Aure valley. You will find parking to park your vehicle on site.
