Company Overview
From the La Mar de Bien school we want to transmit our passion for water sports both to the inhabitants of the Malaga town of Benalmádena and to tourists that approach her. We do everything possible so that people who visit the Costa del Sol and want to get started in this practice, or simply perfect their technique, leave our classes satisfied and wanting to continue improving.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals in the world of physical sports and, more specifically, in sliding exercises on water. They all love these sports and know the area well, which is why they are used to frequenting the Malaga coast to give free rein to their passion, this in turn makes them true experts on the behavior of the sea.
The quiet Torrevigia beach is the site chosen to develop our instructive workshops. In them we will transmit all our experience to you and we will teach you, in a didactic and innovative way, the necessary knowledge so that you can easily defend yourself on the waves or, if applicable, improve your skills.
We offer courses in various disciplines. Some of them are the following:
- Surf, in this sport the waves are the protagonists that give emotion to our movements, with the board being your inseparable ally.
- Paddle Surf, this technique consists of standing on the surface of the board while paddling with a paddle.
Let yourself be seduced by this wonderful sea sport. You only need the desire and come to our area to begin the adventure. We already provide the material and theoretical lessons.

Established surfers and those who are about to become one... From La Mar de Bien we invite you to come and eat the waves of the Costa del Sol with our teachers, that will make you a true fan of this sport that brings together thousands of people all over the world.
Located on the Malaga coast of Benalmádena, we offer you classes adapted to your level from beginners to more specific ones dedicated to perfecting more complex techniques or ones that you cannot overcome. All this with the best good vibes that we will give you from our school.
You can opt for 2-hour classes or if you know you have a few days to dedicate to surfing, purchase our vouchers that are made up of 5 classes. There is also the option for those who just want to escape in the Mediterranean and rent the material from us for half a day or a full day.
We have a team of experts who will help you quickly acquire autonomy through practice, but without forgetting theory. Exercises on the beach that you will then have to put into practice on the board.

Our Malaga school in Benalmádena will do everything possible to spread its fascination and enthusiasm for this sport to you in the individual classes it offers.
If, on the other hand, you are one of those who already know this discipline and have already practiced it before, come to our center to optimize your technique in one of the classes we have designed for you. You will learn in a dynamic and innovative way other explanations that will surely help you.
As it could not be otherwise, we will provide you with an expert Paddle Surf instructor who is also knowledgeable about the properties of the Malaga coast and its particularities. In addition, we will provide you with the necessary material consisting of a paddle and a board so that you are well equipped on your adventure.
We are waiting for you at the central Torrevigia beach, where, regardless of whether the weather conditions are not the best, we will try to make you enjoy and teach the values and methods of this sport.
