You will enjoy an authentic day of fishing aboard a luxury yacht 11m long, 3.5m wide, 2 floors, for better viewing of the fish and 2 engines with a power of 540CV. It has plenty of space to fish for 9 people without disturbing each other and if you want to sit and relax or sunbathe or drink a beer, you will also have room.

Our Getari yacht is a Star Fisher 1060 specially designed for fishing in all its forms, with a bench to sit on along its entire bow perimeter and a wide cockpit to embark the largest catch without problems or problems. risks.

We have cabins, beds, a refrigerator for fish and another to keep your food and drinks cold, WC, hot and cold showers to be able to extend the fishing days as long as desired and have a pleasant stay at sea.< /p>

We carry out the following fishing modalities:

-Coastal trolling:

This type of fishing is done on the move, at a speed of 3 knots. We will cast several lines on the surface and depth, using different lures in types, sizes and colors, since the fish does not want the same thing every day.

In this modality, fish are caught in predatory mode such as verdel, skipjack, txitxarro, melba...

We will sail parallel to the coast, approximately between 1 and 3 miles. Fishing trips last 4, 6 and 8 hours.

-High altitude trolling:

This type of fishing is carried out at a speed of between 3 and 5 knots, and we will move away from the coast between 5 and 40 miles. Wherever there are schools of tuna, which are not stationary. They are in continuous movement.

As it is deep-sea fishing, we can encounter other species such as sharks or marlin. Normally on these outings we always spot whales and dolphins, since we normally fish in the cliff, an underwater canyon parallel to our coasts with depths of up to 2183 meters, where large species and the wildest marine fauna live.

Our Getari yacht has a flybridge to facilitate the location of tunas and other species.

The tuna outings last 5, 8, 12 and up to 16 hours, but we recommend a minimum of 8 hours.

-Bottom fishing:

For bottom fishing we will not go far from the coast, between 1 and 3 miles, and we will fish in depths of 30 to 80m.

It is a dynamic, fun fishing, with many bites, suitable for all audiences: for families and individuals, for novices and professionals.

If you have never fished, we will help you and if you are experts, we will assist you with everything you need.

You don't need to bring anything, just the sandwich. We will provide you with rods, tackle and baits but if you prefer to bring your equipment, you can do so without problem.

In this type of fishing, the most common thing is to fish salberas, txitxarros, verdel, arrain gorri, kabras, txistus, doncellas...

For this type of fishing we will use dead and artificial bait, we will fish with lead and also jigging (artificial bait that is thrown to the bottom and retrieved quickly, all the time).

-Big bottom fishing:

For this type of fishing we use electric reels that allow us to descend to depths of 800 meters. We will cast the line with several hooks and stay aloft for about 40-50 minutes between each haul, this being a calmer type of fishing, which allows us to relax and enjoy the sea and the company.

For this type of fishing we will move away about 10-15 miles from the fishing grounds.

In this type of fishing we will capture species such as hake, toad, arraingorri...
