Esprit Glisse is a nautical school located in Théoule sur Mer in the Alpes Maritimes.

At the foot of the red rocks of Cap Estérel, the site has ideal climatic conditions for practicing nautical activities.
The activities are supervised by qualified instructors who offer you special monitoring allowing you guaranteed progress. The activities are accessible from 6 years old.
Esprit Glisse offers you lessons and introductory courses.
-The "double rope": for water skiing The instructor is with you in the water, you each have your own rope. It helps you at the start (getting out of the water) and gradually teaches you how to ski independently.
-The "bar":
A bar, attached to one side of the boat at the level of the instructor's seat, gives you support and provides you with a balance point to help you learn to get out of the water more easily.

Water Skiing:
-Water skiing will give you the first notions of gliding and balance thanks to stable equipment, adapted to your level and your size. Our qualified instructors will provide you with coaching allowing assured progress. Accessible from 6-7 years old.
-Mono ski: For the more experienced, you can practice mono skiing in complete safety. The bay of Théoule sur mer is sheltered from the wind and its body of water is therefore flat and smooth.
