Espace Eau Vive offers a white water course at your disposal to allow you to practice hydrospeed (white water swimming).

In the heart of Isère, on an area 600 meters long, and artificially designed to offer you the best sensations of white water, you will have the opportunity to practice hydrospeed !

Float in hand, fins on your feet, wetsuit and helmet in place, you will launch yourself into the river for a thrilling descent. Hydrospeed is an activity accessible to all, and will offer both an easy descent for beginners, as well as a sporty, adrenaline-filled descent for lovers of the activity.
Depending on your desires, you will have the opportunity to play on the waves, surf, jump and slide on the currents!

Several options will allow you to experience kayaking sensations in the heart of Isère:

Eau Vive Canyoning takes you to canyons a stone's throw from Lyon, in the Monts du Bugey, for an adventure between sport and nature in the heart of Isère .

The two canyons offered by the center are located to the east of the city, within a radius of 5 kilometers. These two canyons offer two different difficulties:

• Fun canyon: ideal for families and beginners, thefirst canyon offers slides and some thrilling jumps!
• Technical canyon: come and discover thetechnical passages of the canyons around Lyon, with abseiling and rope techniques.

You evolve in a completely natural environment and will enjoy a unique moment in these 100% relaxing and natural playgrounds. Of course, the facilitators provide you with qualified supervision and all the equipment you will need to get your fill of sensations!

With Espace Eau Vive Rafting, come and discover rafting on the center's designed course!

The instructors invite you to board an 8-seater raft in which you will need to use strength and teamwork to go down the river. The artificial river has been specially designed to give you the best of rafting, the best sensations of sliding on white water!

On board the raft, a coxswain comes with you to direct the boat and give you key advice for a successful descent. After a few descents, you will have the opportunity to discover the role of the helmsman on board the raft under the advice of a team of professionals who will supervise you in this role of Captain!

Rafting is an opportunity to engage in a sporty and friendly practice!

Based a stone's throw fromLyon,the center offers you the opportunity to get your fill of mountain bike escapethanks to their equipment rentals and their proposals itineraries!

The center's facilitators will not only offer you themountain bike equipment for all members of the family,but will also make suggestions for personalized itineraries according to your desires, your shape, and your level! They will be able to advise you on fun or more sporty circuits, half-day or full-day.

The routes have been specially designed to satisfy you, both in terms of technical complexity depending on the level, but also in terms of discoveries of the landscapes of the area and various points of interest.
