We are in the area of El Palmar, in Cádiz. Among the services we offer you throughout the year are:
- Surf classes: for any type of level and age with a very characteristic methodology. Gather groups of people who are different from each other, although always with the same level or age. There will be a lot of safety and fun.
- Surfcamp: for minors or adults. With accommodation and many hours of surfing.
- Stand Up Paddle classes and excursions: you will practice paddlesurfing in the most beautiful places in this area. Visit unique coves and beaches.
- Surf equipment rental: if you are already a professional, you will surely prefer to ask us for the material and practice it on your own. We offer you the best latest model material.
- Other Activities: practice yoga, receive massages or learn English.
Sea conditions will always be taken into account before starting the activity. We will adapt to your level in each activity so that you enjoy a unique experience.

Summary Surfing
These personalized classes take place at Palmar any day of the year in which you will have a great time in a safe way. You will learn the theory and practice of this sport in a very good environment where you will make good friends.
Bring a towel, a swimsuit, a change of clothes and sunscreen to enjoy these classes in which you will learn a lot regardless of your level. The duration of the classes will be two hours. Every day we are there from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
What does the course include?
- The material: a surfboard and good quality neoprene.
- Learning how to enter the water, how to move with the board, how to catch the waves, how to jump and how to slide.
- Surfing and its relationship with the environment: you will learn about the dangers of beaches, tides and how currents work.

Summary Surfing Camps
Take advantage of your Easter or summer vacation period to fully delve into this experience that the On the Sea Surf School brings you. Watch the sunsets or enjoy the good weather while practicing your favorite hobby and making good friends.
You can choose between a camp aimed only at adults or a camp for all ages. In any case it lasts 5 days and 4 nights and includes:
- Surf lessons: two hours a day with our best surfboards.
- Surf instructor: qualified and very experienced. You will be attentive at all times to each client and they will learn a lot.
- Surf on your own: one hour for adults and minors under the supervision of our instructors.
- Accommodation: in double rooms with porch. We have a barbecue area, television with DVD and WIFI.
- Accident and Civil Insurance.
In our camp we will not only dedicate ourselves to surfing, but we will also have fun with activities such as paddle surfing, beach volleyball, surfskate or other balance games. Also have fun with our ping pong.
We can include transportation from the train station, airport or your nearest accommodation. You can also book our massages or our yoga sessions.
