To participate, you will just need to know how to swim. The minimum age is 7 years old. Children can therefore take part injunior downhillsbetween 7 and 11 years old, or even take part in a family downhill.

The management is made up of qualified people who know the terrain well and will respect the maximum number of people per raft for your safety.

Between the Dranse, the Arve, the Giffre, the Dora Baltéa and others: whether you have already practiced or not, there will necessarily be a river adapted to your level.

Hydrospeed is also called "white water swimming", and consists of going down a river using afloatand fins.

If you have never practiced, the center will offer you a baptism or asports baptism: a first hydrospeed experience.

Children are welcome from the age of 11 and must absolutely know how to swim to practice white water swimming. Sessions are specially reserved for them!
