Every Saturday throughout the year we offer navigation classes. You can choose between 10.30-13.30 / 14.30-17.30 and from May to September also 18.00-21.00. Under the supervision of a Business Yachtclub skipper and together with other sailing partners, you will learn to sail and you will be able to obtain the necessary experience to be able to rent a boat independently. You will learn from sailor knots to gennaker navigation and competing in Match races.

At Business Yachtclub Barcelona Vela we offer a private sailing course with a professional skipper aboard our J/80 sailboats. We adjust schedules and dates flexibly to your needs and ensure you get the knowledge you need. The course lasts two full days from 10.30-18.00

Lessons include the following activities:

• Maneuver in restricted spaces

Business Yachtclub Barcelona Team Building is a leading company in the organization and management of team building activities, corporate events, business events, and in general business incentives.

The training and motivation program created by Business Yachtclub Barcelona together with our exclusive partner FUNNY POP aims to develop management skills based on nautical activities.

Based on the development of a business case, the participants divided into teams are forced to make business decisions and put different roles into play. This allows, in a recreational and sporting context, to reflect on personal effectiveness skills (self-control, decision making, time management, adaptation to change,...), interpersonal skills (teamwork, communication, leadership,...) and business competencies (business vision, results orientation, resource management,...).

This training activity combines a theoretical part - classroom sessions - with a practical part - port and navigation sessions -. Both the "indoor" (room) and "outdoor" (marina and navigation) sessions are designed based on the specific competencies selected.

During the sailing sessions, the participants, organized in groups, are distributed in different sports boats (J80) and, accompanied by expert skippers, they should face various circumstances with a clear business analogy, in the changing environment that is the sea (wind, waves,...).

The program ends with a stage of reflection or final conclusions on the activity carried out and with the completion of an Action Plan by the participants. All this in a unique environment, in the Port Vell of Barcelona and on the sea, radically different from day-to-day business life.

-Our structure: we have an owned fleet of 4 J80 sailboats. We are not an events agency or reseller, we are a sailing club. If the event is larger, we can manage events with a fleet of up to 13 J80 sailboats for a total of 78 people.
-Our position: we are located in the heart of the city, in Marina Port Vell, between the Born and Barceloneta neighborhoods. Easy access for taxis and buses. Availability of private parking in Marina.
