You will be equipped with a float and fins which will allow you to move in the currents. This activity is accessible to anyone who knows how to swim.
An instructor will accompany you and explain how to handle yourfoam float. A good 10 minutes of training before launching into the white waters of the Verdon in Hydrospeed.
You will pass through quiet places, but also through class 4 rapids! Suffice to say that thrill-seekers will be served!
Your safety is ensured by the supervision, but also by the protective equipment which will be provided to you on site: reinforced neoprene suit, helmet and life jacket to practice hydrospeed without constraint.
