Leaning on Lido Buenaventura, our S.D. Sea & Souls, offers you the opportunity to learn windsurfing in a few lessons. Those who want to learn the techniques of this fun sport can follow the basic course or the advanced course .
The basic course has a duration of three lessons , divided into a lesson in which the historical notes on windsurfing, the theories on winds, the functioning and nomenclature of sports equipment as well as the correct position will be imparted of the body first on the beach and then in the water, to learn how to maintain balance. In the second lesson we will approach the sailing board in the sea, as well as safety and the raising of the sail. Finally, in the last lesson, you will learn the direction and how to turn.
The school will provide students with the necessary equipment to undertake training activities in total safety.
