ActivitiesEl Burguillo Piraguismo is located in the town of El Barraco, in the province of Ávila. It is located very close to theEl Burguillo Reservoir, which is where the canoeing activity takes place. This privileged environment allows you to enjoy nature in an environment of very calm waters, ideal both for relaxing and for more active canoeing or even fishing.

Activities El Burguillo makes all the necessary approved equipment available to its clients, that is, the canoe, paddles and a life jacket. Thecanoes are both single and two-seater. The latter are, for example, ideal for carrying out the activity with children.

Taking into account that the waters of the reservoir are very calm, it is a advisable activity for everyone and especially for families who want to enjoy a unique experience in the middle of nature. Canoeing can be done all year round, and in the spring and summer months it is possible to bathe in the reservoir.

In the Embalse de Burguillo you can enjoy its crystal-clear waters with our organization since we propose different activities within these. With Activities El Burguillo you can take a paddle surf ride in a less dangerous environment than if you did it on the beach.

It is a very typical sea sport, but the reservoir is perfect for going out rowing without having to go to the coast.

This is one of the aspects of surfing that is causing the most talk. It differs from this one for several reasons:

- A surfboard and a paddle are used to be able to do it. In surfing you only need the board.

- To surf you need the marine environment, since without the waves you cannot do it, but with paddle surfing it is not necessary for there to be waves. You can do it in the sea, in rivers, swamps, lagoons. At sea the emotions will be more extreme, but in rivers and swamps you can do the activity calmly and thus spend a very relaxed afternoon.

If you have never done this water sport, there is no problem because our instructors will teach you how to do it. You will visit the reservoir in a fun and different way while you exercise all the muscles in your body.

Among the multitude of activities we offer in El Burguillo is taking rides on a sailboat. We have several different types of sailboats, from the simplest with monohull, to the most resistant with multihull. Choose according to the day and your own preferences which one you want to take the tour and we will provide it to you.

Both beginner sailors and those with great knowledge in navigation will be able to participate in this activity, enjoying a quiet walk through El Burguillo Embalse and the area of El Valle de Iruelas strong>.

The maximum number of participants for each walk is 7, therefore we recommend this type of adventure for families or groups of friends who want to spend an original and special afternoon surrounded by the closest people they have in their daily environment.
