The Gorges de l'Ardèche are only accessible on foot or by canoe kayak.
This is why the club offers you the opportunity to rent canoes or kayaks in order to discover this preserved nature, classified as a Natural Reserve!
Here are some mandatory conditions for practicing the activity:
- Know how to swim
- Wear the life jacket (provided for rental) for the entire duration of the trip
- Children are welcomed from 7 years old
- Supervision by a qualified instructor is possible if you wish
These rules are imposed in order to preserve yoursafety, so that you can fully enjoy the activity, without risks!
Several routes will be offered to you, depending on the distances you wish to cover aboard your boat.

Abaca Canoë Ardèche Kayak offers you to rent one of its boats to descend the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
Several types of kayaks are available depending on your experience and your desires. Kayaks allow a slightly more sporty descent than that carried out by canoe.
Don't hesitate to bring water, suitable clothing (shorts and swimsuit), as well as water shoes for a comfortable descent.
Neoprene wetsuitss are available upon reservation if you wish.
You can leave from several starting points, depending on the route you want to take:
