All very well, the guides, the hotel staff very friendly, the restaurant very attentive, I think the only thing I did not like is that the water is too cold, except the pool that is on the side of the hotel. But of course I repeat it again, every time I have an opportunity! -

The only bad thing is that my 7 year old son did not let him climb up toboggans and zip lining, for everything else everything is fine, auqnue they could improve on the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Swimming with the dolphins was an experience we will never forget. -

We were 90 people 2 buses and everyone complained about "VERY COLD WATER" was not even warm, and many people got sick the next day for the same cause. Everything else is fine, but I would think it would go again and all for the cold water.Respuesta de la empresa:
Hello Rafael, good day, I know it's late to answer you but I did not know I could give you my comments by this means ... we have solar heaters in most of the pools, we achieve temperatures that oscillate around 30ºC, acceptable temperatures for swimming pools recreational, if we compare with hot springs that has temperatures of 40ºC or more, then we can say that our pools have cold water .... but also the hot water is not good because it lowers the pressure and you do not feel like to move, you can even faint someone suffering from low blood pressure .... In these dates, when the heat is very strong, we have temperatures of around 36ºC, there are even wading pools where we have to turn off the solar heaters because the children do not like the hot water, but we are still working on being able to offer water at more pleasant temperatures. I appreciate you have taken the trouble to write about your experience and the day you like to visit us again, we are here to serve you. -
