Company Overview

Come and see Cañada Real Open Center! We are a center created in 1988 and dedicated to the conservation of Iberian fauna species.

We are very close to the Royal Monastery of El Escorial, in the Sierra de Guadarrama.

Our goal is that everyone can come to see various specimens of wild fauna, and become aware of their protection.

If you visit our center, you will be able to meet wolves, wild boars, foxes, genets, Hispanic goats, birds of prey, etc. We offer normal visits and special visits for school groups.

In addition, we organize summer camps in which, in addition to doing environmental activities around these animals, we also give English classes to make it a most enriching experience.

Resumen Parques Zoológicos

Cañada Real Open Center is a different zoo than the ones you are used to seeing.

We are dedicated to the conservation of the different species that inhabit the Iberian Peninsula. Therefore, in our center you will be able to enjoy interacting with specimens of:

Wolves.
Genets.
Raptors.
Foxes.
Hispanic goat.
Wild boars.

We are in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama, next to El Escorial. For more than 25 years we have been working so that you can come visit these fantastic animals, and that you all leave truly aware of the value that all of them have and the responsibility that we all have to achieve their conservation, in optimal conditions.

Although the visit is free (there is no guide, but everyone goes through it as they wish), if you are a school group, we can offer you a specific, very instructive and fun program for all boys and girls .
