Company Overview

Gran Acuario Mazatlán is a marine life conservation center where you can enjoy in the company of your family itsexhibition of animal species, shows, festivals and educational programs. We are located in the Central Park, in Mazatlán Sinaloa.

The main objective of the aquarium is to be a speaker for the dissemination of the value and importance of caring for and protecting nature among children and adults. This is achieved through scientific-educational activities and programs, adapted to children of all ages so that they learn while having fun.

Our center is totally dedicated to the Sea of Cortez with the goal that you can learn about each species that usually lives in these waters. Visiting hours are Monday to Sunday from 10 in the morning until 6 in the afternoon, although the access doors usually close at 4 in the afternoon.

Walk through each of our hallways and get to know the 30 habitats, learn more about the life cycles of fish, sharks, amphibians, birds and even reefs. In addition, we have complementary activities such as feeding rays, lovebirds and living with sea lions. If you have ever been curious about penguins, you can also choose to get up close and personal with these little ones and have interaction with them.
