Is Benas Surf Club

Is Benas Surf Club boasts the record of the first Italian surf school with its foundation in 1997, active every year in Sardinia with technical training in this extraordinary sport through interesting and fun Surf Camp.

The Classic Weekly Stage lasts, as the name itself suggests, a week, during which the student will complete a total of 16/20 hours of lessons. Yes everyone stays together at the Surf Camp on a half-board or B&B basis, to fully immerse themselves in this intensive course and in the team spirit and friendship of this discipline, experiencing the surfer philosophy first-hand, in and out of the water.

The lesson is structured according to a precise scheme: it starts with warm-up exercises, then moves on to some technical exercises on the beach and finally moves on to technique in the water, with rowing and surfing lessons on the waves. You will learn cool-down techniques and in each lesson you will tackle a part of theory, general or specific depending on the course level.

All the equipment necessary for participation in the lessons is provided by the school.
