Ega Surf

Ega Surf is a school specialized in teaching surfing and teaches classes throughout the year. We only offer surf classes, without the need to register for surf camps and multisport English camps. So you can go at your leisure.

The headquarters of Ega Surf are located on Bastiagueiro beach (Oleiros -A Coruña), a beach well known in our city for being the most suitable and safe to teach you this sport without any type of risk, since Not only do we know it perfectly, but its waves are also perfect for beginners to get started in this sport.

The class time at our surf school is 2 hours long and is structured as follows:

• Theoretical, in which we deal with topics such as: ways to catch the wave, positions on the board, maneuvers that we are going to perform, the material and its maintenance, meteorology, tides, type of waves, rules and precautions, history of surfing...

• Physical or warm-up: we also prepare the body physically and mentally by playing fun and useful games before entering the water while breaking the ice with your activity partners.

• Practice: the main phase of the class, the practice of the sport in the water, which the student likes the most.

This is where you can demonstrate everything you have learned, you will be photographed and recorded on video to correct mistakes, in addition to taking home a cool souvenir of your time at the surf school.
