Salerno Parachuting School since 1953 it has been the meeting point for all parachutists present in southern Italy.

Among our services we have:

• AFF course. Acronym for accelerated free fall, it is a modern way of teaching with innovative free fall techniques. No athletic preparation is required, just a great desire for adrenaline-filled emotions. A theoretical and a practical part can be distinguished. The theoretical preparation lasts approximately 8 hours and is carried out on the ground. Different multimedia tools will be used to facilitate teaching. During the first jumps the student will be accompanied by two instructors, jumpmasters, who will assist him and correct the positions to be maintained. During the jumps there will also be a videoman, who will take care of filming the jumps in such a way as to be able to see them on the ground. The AFF course is divided into 7 levels, each level includes different lessons and different exercises. After the three initial levels only a jumpmaster will jump with the student and in the last levels no type of jumpmaster will be necessary in contact with the student.

• Round parachute course. It is an innovative course that is used to obtain an official qualification, it consists of approximately 50 hours, with lessons from Monday to Friday, about 9 hours a day. There are 3 jumps and they are carried out from an altitude of 500 metres with a round parachute. They will always be carried out weather permitting.

• Services. The jumping area is located in the Salerno/Pontecagano airport. To make its students feel at home, our association has some agreements with hotel facilities where the our guests will be able to stay.
