Trimix Scuba Association

The Trimix Scuba Association is a diving school based in Buccinasco in the province of Milan, it is a certified agency operating in Italy since 1997 with a specific program for diving with nitrox and trimix mixtures.

The school aims to improve the dissemination of diving in maximum safety through two distinct methods of recreational and sports learning.

The first method, the recreational one, follows the line of learning coming from the United States and plans to start immediately with the use of cylinders, leaving any specific courses (Snorkeling and Freediving) to others.

The other methodology is the sports one: firstly it favors the learning of skills related to being at ease in the water already naked and then with only mask, snorkel and fins and finally also with cylinders.

The exercises required with both teaching methodologies are specially designed to make the student able to become a prepared diver, calm and safe in the water, ready to successfully follow the subsequent technical courses, for deep diving with the use of mixtures. .

The teaching method proposed by the school is the result of the experience of professionals in the sector and diving instructors with several years of diving activity behind them, and has been studied keeping in mind a series of factors including: diver safety, compliance with Italian and European regulations (EN 14153), simplicity to facilitate learning and cost containment as much as possible.
