Magnificent. It couldn't be better. My experience was a double Baptism (2 people). They adapted to my needs at all times.
They moved their schedules to adjust it to my needs (it cannot be done on the same day if you are going to fly by plane due to the pressure, so they moved it forward so I could do it.
I had no experience at all, NOTHING. In the theoretical class they explain everything you need. The teachers (Carla and Adri) had all the patience in the world and were attentive to me (and my partner). Asking a lot to make sure everything was okay. Unforgettable.
Although the activity is guided, you have some freedom to move. And yes... We saw a lot of little fish, a couple of octopuses and some hedgehogs... and they take photos of you. If you want to pose in some way as a clown, no problem.
Tip - remember that you will bring back wet clothes. Don't forget a plastic bag. Don't make a mistake choosing them! -
