- Fuencaliente region: The more experienced divers can take the Aguja route, where you can swim between basalt walls and many aquatic animals, including eels, for 30 to 50 meters. The ruins submerged beneath the waters in the southern half of the island stand out. You can descend to the Malpique monument, where dozens of crosses have been buried in the depths in memory of the monks who were attacked by pirates at the end of the 16th century.

If you want to see a shipwreck, head to Malpique, where an old slave trading ship lies abandoned.

- Santa Cruz region: There are numerous sites to inspect on the island's east shore. In Los Cancajos, we can take our first dives, as it is possible to dive and enjoy the seabed at a depth of only 6 metres. It is common to see baptisms in this area.

This location is ideal for snorkelling and is abundant with canyons, caverns, and corals. El Goyo, adjacent to Cancajos, is another excellent diving spot in La Palma. You'll be swimming between lava and sand structures, as well as a variety of fish species.
