Formar gives its name to the Maritime Training Center of the Principality of Asturias. Through our headquarters in Gijón we work to fulfill the objective of teaching new professional divers who are qualified to develop their functions within the new and traditional services requested by this market.
The team in charge of teaching is made up of people from areas such as biology, the field of medicine and the diving itself. They all have as a common link their connection with the sea, which serves as a vehicle to transmit their knowledge to new students in:
- Sport diving: we teach everything from the most basic qualifications, such as underwater baptisms, to specialties as specific as diving Nitrox and Rebreather programs. Normally groups of a minimum of 4 people are organized for this purpose. Dates and requirements are communicated with enough time in advance, so that you can organize without problems.
