With the International Freediving School, come and explore the joys and incredible sensations of scuba diving and apnea!

Our diving school is located in the Giens Peninsula, in the Var department, 50 meters from the sea. Your senses will be awakened as you move from corals to animals and migratory birds in a marvelous vision of marine and terrestrial variety.

Jean-Luc Casares, the founder of the training center who has more than 28 years of experience in scuba diving, welcomes you to the within our school. He will be your instructor throughout the training.

After seeing numerous freediving associations and federations, he decided to follow multiple trainings for many years in order to bring everything together in one place and offer everyone a range of training and a multitude of options.AIDA, PADI, FFESSM, and FSGT are all federations linked to the International Freediving School.

We offer private outings with friends or family for introduction to diving or training. You will not only be able to confirm your apnea levels, but also participate in numerous training courses which will allow you to obtain internationally recognized diving levels.

We recommend the following options:

• Freediving training is available from the AIDA and PADI organizations, as well as the FFESSM federations.
• Preparation for the BNSSA, French Navy, and level 4 diving exams.
• Freediving courses start from the age of 14.

We provide you with all the necessary diving equipment, including wetsuits, masks, fins, tanks and BCDs. This equipment is cleaned and inspected before each use to ensure your comfort and safety.

Please note that public transport stops less than 500 meters away. We are also 20 minutes by car from the city center of Hyères and 40 minutes from the city of Toulon.
