ASD Apnea Pura

ASD Apnea Pura is an amateur sports association with the aim of promoting and organizing courses with Apnea Academy teaching throughout the province of Latina.

The instructor is Ilaria Molinari, multiple constant weight champion and two-time Italian record holder, who will follow with great experience and professionalism all those who want to approach diving for the first time or improve their training in this fantastic sport .

The course program is divided into:

• Courses for adults with certification
• Course for children aged 14 and over
• Monofin courses
• Preparatory courses to access the instructor course

Each course includes theory lessons, pool training, relaxation and breathing techniques, tubal gymnastics and open water exercises.
