Arvalis

The Arvalis aquatic activities club, based in Valladolid, is the means with which you can come into contact with the world of diving and get to see amazing underwater shows in the coast of the Cantabrian Sea.

We do baptism diving in a pool in the capital of Valladolid, where in a safe environment you will learn the initial knowledge of scuba diving. The sensations underwater, the operation of the equipment and other details.

To continue learning we have technical courses that include all FEDAS level categories.

The most requested course is the initiation course, 1 star, which is made up of:

• 5 theoretical classes: Taught at the club's premises where you learn the basic handling of diving equipment as well as techniques.

• 5 practical classes in the pool: Here we already swam, in the Río Esgueva pool in Valladolid, practicing finning and balance techniques, stress situations, buoyancy, etc.

• 5 practical classes at sea: We go to the sea on trips to the waters of the Cantabrian Sea and put into practice what we learned before.

Groups are formed with a minimum of only 6 people.

We normally do free dives in the Cantabrian Sea, on the Asturian and Cantabrian coasts, in places like Santander, Santoña or Laredo.
