Veladoc is a Sailing School, Charter and Broker.
The courses are itinerant and include, among other things, a visit to the suggestive Asinara Island Park, Piana Island, Stintino, Castelsardo, Isola Rossa and a passage of the Fornelli pass. It won't just be school but also bathing and why not even some fishing trips.
Veladoc is one of the schools with the most experience and history on the Italian territory, the years of activity always lived while remaining at the forefront of methods, make it the sailing school suitable for all ages to make contact with practice and the first edges and then continuing with the training of students to create autonomous sailing professionals capable of living their passion even at a competitive and international level.
The educational path that distinguishes this Ligurian school is a complex and highly effective system that includes a progression of courses capable of leading the student to learn about the vessel and the marine empire according to its potential and enhancing its particular predispositions.
Veladoc courses and activities take place on board new cruisers which are particularly good for regatta performance, but which are well suited to cruising, offering great comfort.
The school's activities take place throughout the year along the Ligurian coast and the French Riviera.

Federico AlmerighiInstructor coordinatorFederico Almerighi is the President of the Amateur Sports Association VELADOC RACING TEAM, affiliated to the Italian Sailing Federation. Within the association, he deals with the planning and organization of regattas and sailing events, as well as coordinating the instructor body and supervising sailing courses of all levels.
With profound technical and didactic experience, he works as a Second Degree Federal Offshore Sailing Instructor and as a Federal Tutor for the training of future instructors. An active racer, he boasts a solid career as a helmsman and skipper in offshore and inshore competitions. His professional background as a maritime broker and expert in navigation and equipment of sailing boats completes his profile.
