Escuela Náutica Altair

Located in the Olympic Port of Barcelona and Páix Llobregat, our nautical school's purpose is to provide nautical training and mastery of boats to obtain the corresponding qualifications, navigate safely and become great skippers. At Altair Nautical School we also offer other services such as availability of skipper and qualified personnel, maintenance and aerial filming, or boat rental strong>.

We begin in our nautical academy by theoretically training the students and preparing them for the corresponding exams. Within our range of possibilities we offer both group courses, as well as personalized courses and private classes:

• Navigation License (LN): Boats up to 6 meters in length and navigation up to 2 miles away from the port.
• Basic Navigation Pattern (PNB): Vessels up to 8 meters in length and navigation up to 5 miles away from the port.
• Recreational Boat Pattern (PER): Boats up to 15 meters in length and sailing up to 12 miles from the port.

We continue with the practices on our authorized vessels. They are necessary for the issuance of the title and to gain experience, security and knowledge. We have a team of professionals with more than 15 years of experience for your training. In addition to practices for the LN, PNB and PER; We also have these others:

• 16 hours of practice to qualify for the PER to SAIL title.
• 24 hours of practice to enable PER title for boats up to 24 meters in length and navigation to the Balearic Islands.
• 12 hours ofShort Range Radio Operator practices.
