Centre de Formation Nautique Vannetais

The Vannetais Nautical Training Center offers you the opportunity to obtain your boat license, as well as the desired extensions. Based in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, they will guide you in theory and practice in order to pass your boat license in the best conditions.

The Vannetais Nautical Training Center offers you preparation and improvement for the following licenses:

• Sea License "Coastal" Option: Mandatory for driving vessels with more than 6 horsepower. Navigation day and night. Limited to 6 miles from shelter (11.11km). Theory (8 hours) + Practical (2 hours individual helm + 1 hour at the dock).
• Sea License "Offshore" Extension: The offshore extension gives you total freedom since it removes any distance limitation. Theory (20 hours).
• Inland Waters option license: Sail on lakes, bodies of water, canals, or even rivers...If you already hold a coastal license with offshore extension, you have the possibility of accessing the Inland Waters option by passing only the theoretical one!
• Restricted radiotelephonist certificate (CRR).
• Weekend Package: Every August, the center offers you the opportunity to take your coastal option boat license over a single weekend! You will spend it on Ile aux Moines and Ile d’Arz.
• Sea fishing trip: Take advantage of modern fishing lessons to meet bass and lures!

The center is approved by Maritime Affairs and puts more than 15 years of experience at your service! The boat license will only be a formality before taking you to freedom at sea!
