But, again, you can go canyoning and go down the narrow gorges crossed by small streams, or try your hand at an orienteering session, trying to orient yourself along a pre-established route. .
Finally, if you want, you can try the survival activity, during which expert instructors will teach you how to survive in the midst of nature and in extreme conditions.
