What sections of the Segura River can be rafted down?

- Rafting from Cieza to Blanca: Probably the most legendary section for rafting on the Segura. It's no surprise that this is the most popular rafting tour in Murcia, because, between what you will discover and what you will feel, this route gives you an idyllic sensation. Overcoming strong white water that will make you bounce against the flow of the Segura you will discover a fantasy environment, which shelters in its interior the colossal mountain of La Atalaya, the castle and Muslim city of Medina Sivasa, the beautiful Menjú estate and the beautiful landscape of El Jarral. All of this is marked by whirlpools that form as we pass through and by natural and exciting slides down which we will descend.

- Rafting in the Ricote valley: This is for the more daring ones, or for those who have done rafting before. It is an itinerary of medium difficulty, so a few turbulences are guaranteed. Usually, this descent also starts from Cieza, however, in addition to discovering the Menjú estate, it will also take you through the park of the Norias until you reach the Ricote valley. Here you will have a bumpier ride, in which we have to highlight the numerous waterfalls that you will come across, which give us an incomparable adrenaline rush.

- Rafting in the Almadenes canyon: This is one of our favourites. A rafting route through the Almadenes canyon is something magical and ideal for children. Here you'll find parts of the canyon with white waters and more gentle waters. But the best part is the scenery, sine with this tour you will be able to visit the Cueva de los Monigotes, a place that will take you back in time as you go inside to discover the cave paintings that our ancestors left on its rock walls. You can also visit the Cueva del Puerto, where rock formations await us that are a delight for the eyes due to the variety of colours they have. We can do this by walking through its galleries and discovering its secrets while strolling along its passages.
