"When I called to find out what time we were picked up from the hotel I was informed that it does not include transportation while in the announcement of yumping that water taxi is included. When I inform you of this they sent a van the next day for us. The service was very good and the experience was very good. Also the announcement in yumping says they would give us a souvenir. We never received it. And when I thought about it we had already returned from our walk."
