Super bad service, the guys are very young and with little experience, all the time with a bad face and pressure to do the activity very quickly and with little time to live the experience.
They did not have the service offered, which was a transfer, and they made us waste the day waiting for them to find someone who could take us to pick up our car, while they drank beer with their friends.
The video and photography service was terrible, they did not have quality equipment, and they ran out of battery so we did not record the experience, and we did not have photos.
Not recommended, since you do not have an expert guide.Company's response:
We have more than 15 years of experience as paragliding pilots, and precisely for safety we decided to wait about an hour in the takeoff area until the conditions were optimal. Our priority is always the safety of passengers.
The flight lasted approximately 25 minutes, which is the time normally contemplated for this activity.
The video was delivered as a promotional gift, at no additional cost. The recordings are made with GoPro-type sports cameras, which are the appropriate and safe equipment for an extreme activity such as paragliding. It is not possible to use professional cameras due to flight conditions.
Transportation was included: transportation was made from the meeting point to take-off and, at the end of the activity, they were returned to the place where they left their vehicle. It was only necessary to wait for other pilots to land to make the return together, but at no time was transportation denied.
At the end of the activity, when we informed them that we were waiting for other pilots for the transfer, there was a negative attitude on the part of the clients, even though the service was provided as agreed.
We regret that your experience has not been perceived positively and we remain open to improving our care, always prioritizing safety and professionalism.
