Paintball is by no means a dangerous activity, but certain safety rules must be followed to prevent something to regret from happening. To begin with, you must wear a protective mask to avoid impacts to your face, as well as a military jumpsuit that will greatly reduce the force of the balls colliding with your body. Even so, a good attitude from the players is necessary, not shooting from less than the minimum allowed distance, for example. If you take all this into account, it can be played calmly and without problems.
