Get in touch with the Selva Active Trekking Association and come and visit the splendid places of Val Gardena in the company of our Alpine guides!
We organize weekly group excursions to the following locations:
- Puez-Odle Natural Park: to get to know Alpine nature up close. A guide from the Natural Parks Office of the province of Bolzano will explain to you all the peculiarities of the South Tyrolean flora and fauna.
- Sunrise excursion on Mount Stevia: a wonderful experience to admire the first rays of the sun in the middle of the mountains.
- Guided excursions on the mountain pastures of the Dolomites: paths and itineraries for adults and children to discover the most beautiful places in our valley.
- Sunset hike to Bustac: a panoramic view of the fantastic world of the Alps. The hikes end with a collective snack in a mountain hut.

- Indoor climbing - in the winter, lessons for beginners are held on the artificial wall in Piazza Nives in Selva di Val Gardena.
- Outdoor climbing - in summer one of our mountain guides will accompany you in climbing real rock walls.

The Selva Active MTB Association gives you the opportunity to practice your passion on two wheels in complete safety in the company of our guides:
- Technical mountain bike course for beginners
- Advanced technical mountain bike course
- Easy excursion by mountain bike (Tour of the Alpe di Siusi; from Selva Gardena to Ortisei; by cable car to the Alpe di Siusi up to the Saltria refuge and passing through Monte Pana; chapel of San Silvestro in Vallunga; etc.)
- Medium difficulty mountain bike excursion (Spitzbühel and Alpe di Siusi; Col Raiser and San Giacomo; etc.)
- The Sellaronda by mountain bike: circumpedaling the Sella massif in one day accompanied by expert guides and with the aid of the ski lifts to reach the four Dolomite passes.
