The team of state-certified instructors from Roc and Canyon Canoë invites you to come descend the Dourbie and the Tarn.

These two rivers are navigable all year round. Different and complementary, they allow you to discover the region with the flow of water. All you have to do is choose a river, a single or two-seater boat and start the adventure!

• La Dourbie : river with courses ranging from 5 to 17 kilometers (difficulty class I to III). Descend at your own pace, take a picnic break on one of the beaches bordering the Dourbieand/or enjoy sunbathing or swimming.
• The Tarn : river with courses ranging from 8 to 24 kilometers (difficulty class I to II). You will enjoy an original crossing by discovering Millau (the Millau Viaduct, the listed village of Peyre, the truffle house of Comprégnac, Saint Rome de Tarn, etc.).
• Dourbie + Tarn route : chain these two rivers together for a total route of 41 kilometers if you wish.

In Canyoning it is necessary to use ropes to carry out rappels or to pass certain obligatory passages in order to continue progress. But there is a less steep profile which allows you to avoid these difficulties by passing by the river.

You therefore have the possibility to choose the profile that you prefer. They offer several courses adapted to your levels: from initiation to experienced practitioners.

The Raftings can accommodate 4 to 9 people plus a state-certified instructor for greater safety. The Roc and Canyon Rafting instructor will be the one who will steer the inflatable boat with your help.

You will pass through passages with large volumes of water, rapids and many other small "obstacles" during your raft descent.

The only prerequisite to enjoy the sensations of Rafting is to know how to swim at least 25 meters! All you have to do is put on your swimsuit and start this refreshing activity while discovering the region.

Climbingis an activity accessible to everyone: young and old, beginners or experienced. A state-certified Climbing instructor will guide you during your climb.

You have numerous Climbing practice sites adapted to several levels in the Dourbie, Jone and Tarn gorges: for beginners, climbers confirmed and/or for the big names.

Roc et Canyon Escalade also offers several packages, namely:

• Climbing on blocks (up to 4m high)
• Climbing on rinds (5 to 30m)

This activity of Italian origin which combines Hiking and Climbing is today very successful with the French.

The Via Ferrata is the path by which you can enjoy the sensations that emptiness can give you: a breathtaking experience!

Accessible to everyone, come and enjoy this activity with family or friends. You will find a formula adapted to you at Roc et Canyon Via Ferrata.

The routes are equipped with metal bars, stepping boardsand cableswhich will allow you to progress in complete safety over rock walls between a certain horizontality and verticality.

Roc and Canyon Via Ferrata offers 4 routes for your greatest pleasure:

• Via Ferrata Privée : two circuits suitable for all audiences (sporty and initiated)
• Public Via Ferrata : two circuits in the Dourbie and Tarn gorges with fantastic views. For these two circuits, the club offers equipment rental and/or supervision from a state-certified instructor.

No prior technical learning or any physical or morphological criteria are necessary for the practice of this extreme sport.

There are, however, 5 contraindications to practicing Bungee Jumping: diabetes, epilepsy, serious heart or joint problems and pregnancy.

If you are a thrill lovercome and try the Bungee Jumping at the Pont d'Alzon(between Montpellierand Millau), the highest in the region and the first permanent sitein Europe. The Alzon Bridge can be opened on the date you prefer for a minimum of 15 jumps.

You will be supervised by a state-certified instructor to ensure the greatest safety.

Come and spend your vacation or your stay with family, friends or colleagues with Roc et Canyon Spéléologie. You will spend unforgettable moments underground!

The club's team of state-certified instructors invites you to visit the more than 2000 cavities of the Grands Causses or even to discover new ones.

But make no mistake, progressing underground does not necessarily require crawling through narrow and muddy passages. You will also explore large galleries, underground lakes, etc. A new world will open before you!

You will be equipped with a suit, boots and acetylene lighting. All you have to do is follow the guide through these underground worlds.

You will find within the club several formulas adapted to your level of exploration: discovery on rather horizontal profiles and vertical explorations which require more specific equipment and techniques.

Roc et Canyon Vélo VTT invites you to come and discover the Causses. You will discover a magnificent playground with wide open spaces, a variety of terrain, large descents and an ideal climate for mountain bikingall year round.

This sport is a mixture of sport, discovery of the environment, culture, discovery of heritage, meetings, etc. You won't have time to get bored!

You will be supervised by one of the club's state-certified instructors (if you wish). The most common option is an ascent of the Caussesby minibus then descent on paths of the Causses plateaus.

But you can also choose to go directly up to the Causses by MTB bikeat your own pace on marked routesor in orienteering >.
