Summary 4x4 Tours
For the ultimate test of trust and co-operation skills, you will be partnered with one of your co-workers. You will both be in a four wheel drive, and you will need to help your coworker navigate the grounds. If this sounds like it’s too easy, you’re right –it does sound too easy! What we didn’t mention, is that On Target will blindfold your partner so that they can’t see anything!
You will need to help your blindfolded partner navigate every each of the path, so you both need to communicate well. This activity promotes team building, leadership and communication skills, and also builds trust between the two partners.
