Nature Spirit is Canyoning, Climbing and Via Ferrata in a spirit that respects nature and local culture!
Two starting points for a wide range of destinations: Pau, at the entrance to the Ossau valley, or Lannemezan, which overlooks the Aure valley and Saint -Lary.
We also invite you to discoverthe Atlantic Pyrenees, the Hautes Pyrenees, and in Spain the Sierra de Guara famous for its canyons, as well as Mont Perdu.
Initiation, Improvement, Sporty, Extreme...Whatever the activity chosen, you will inevitably find a nature formula adapted to your level, the profile of your group as well as to all your desires !
All the equipment necessary for the practice of these activities as well as for your safety will be provided to you once on site. You will be accompanied on these adventures by state-certified instructors. Pleasure yes, but in complete safety!

Summary Canyoning
Canyoning is...a very complete activity combining hiking, climbing, jumping into pools, natural slides, swimming in reaches (extenses of calm water) and abseiling on rope. Come discover it or rediscover it in the company of Nature Spirit Canyoning professionals!
The duration of the proposed outings will vary from half a day to a full day (9-10 hours). Several levels will be offered to you: Initiation, Sportsman and Expert. Different landscapes are always there...

Come and taste the "thrill of emptiness" through different formulas adapted to all levels, as well as all desires:
- Via Ferrata in France: 3 itineraries will be offered to you for half a day, Siala, Coumély or Hourat. These activities can be perfectly combined with climbing to experience an extraordinary day in nature.
- Via Ferrata in Spain: Broto, La Foradada, Puntas Juntas, La Virgen...The duration of the routes will vary depending on your abilities as well as the weather once you arrive. place.
The activity includes:
