The Bureau des Moniteurs du Vercors is an association of young professionals who support you in the chosen activities: Climbing, Canyoning, Caving.
Our instructors are here to share with you their passion for natural spaces, to introduce you to our region through its most unusual and authentic sites, and to experience special moments with you.

The Bureau des Moniteurs du Vercors welcomes you in a good atmosphere to help you discover our different options. We offer introductory or advanced courses depending on your level.

Summary Canyoning
The Vercors Canyoning Monitors Office: offers you the Canyoning activity with family or friends. Come and discover our canyons and our descents to the bottom of the gorges.
Canyoning is a complete sport that requires:
-Slide and jumps.
-Walk and swim.
-Abseiling.
Come and practice this activity with us thanks to professional supervision and quality equipment that we provide: Neoprene wetsuit and socks, Helmet, Harness, Ropes...
The Vercors Canyoning Monitors Office: The diversity of the Vercors canyons makes this activity accessible to all depending on each person's abilities.
Some routes:
-Les Moules Marinières: Waterfalls, jumps and slides are there.
-Le Turzon: ideal for a discovery, fun, beautiful basins, small jumps.
-Les Ecouges middle: numerous pools, beautiful waterfalls and jumps.

The Vercors Climbing Instructors' Office: welcomes you to the Vercors to help you discover climbing, a true thrill-seeking sport.
We distinguish:
-Artificial climbing, where the equipment ensures progression and safety.
-Free climbing, where only safety is ensured by the equipment.
And it is in free climbing that we offer you supervision, and more particularly on developed cliffs and in natural environments.
Climbing uses different techniques:
-Walking.
-Rope handling: knots, moorings, insurance, relays.
-Handling technical equipment: carabiners, descenders, jammers.
-Climbing: position of the feet, fingers, body...
-Abseiling.

The Vercors Monitors Office Speleology: The Vercors massif, with more than 80 cavities over 100 m deep, is one of the most prestigious Karsts in the Alps, both in terms of its history and by the diversity of its surface and underground landscapes.
Outings suitable for everyone according to your desires and your level.
-Green Goule: horizontal, has narrow passages and a river.
-Gournier: horizontal, large dimensions, lake, rivers, gours.
-Les Eymards: vertical, 30 m well, climbing ascent.
Different techniques for this exploration:
