Company Overview
We are located in Catania , in the beautiful Sicily , precisely in the locality of Santa Venerina , completely immersed in the green of Sicilian vegetation. We are talking about a beautiful residence, Casa di Pippinitto Etna Guesthouse. Here we have a large riding school where you can get closer to the wonderful world of horse riding. Our horses live in absolute well-being and we take care of them 24 hours a day.
We want to promote trekking on foot and on horseback on the slopes of Etna, our beautiful volcano, the highest volcano in Europe. Here are the activities proposed by the House of Pippinitto:
- Trekking: prepare a pair of boots or sneakers and come and walk with us to discover the beautiful Etna Park to observe breathtaking landscapes that only our region can offer.
- Trekking in the saddle: are you ready to cross woods and follow paths that will take you to the slopes of the highest active volcano in Europe? Get ready for the experience because it will be a beautiful adventure full of fun and outdoors.

Here we are in Sicily! We are located in Catania, more precisely in Santa Venerina in a beautiful farmhouse surrounded by Sicilian vegetation. La Casa di Pippinitto is a farmhouse guesthouse located on the slopes of the highest active volcano in Europe . Our aim is to spread love for Sicilian nature and vegetation . We respect the environment and nature in all its forms and we want to promote respect for natural environments.
Here is what we offer to our guests:
- Trekking on the slopes of Etna: our specialized and expert guide of the territory (naturalist geologist) will guide you to discover this wonderful paradise, our volcano, our treasure from discover! Together we will travel along little-traveled paths, natural roads that enter uncontaminated natural environments . To organize the trekking excursion it is necessary the presence of a minimum of 2 people . We recommend clothing suitable for carrying out the activity, i.e. comfortable clothing suitable for walking and sneakers or hiking boots.

Summary Horseback Riding
We are located at la Casa di Pippinitto , a beautiful farmhouse in Catania , precisely in Santa Venerina . Our structure is a guesthouse that has a large riding school where we breed beautiful specimens to allow our guests to get closer to the world of horse riding and the world of horses in general.
With us it is possible to make beautiful horse trekking excursions to discover the highest active volcano in Europe . The trekking excursions in the saddle last 4 hours for all those who already have experience on horseback. We will immerse ourselves in the Etna Park and walk the paths that lead to Zafferana, Bosco di Petrulli, Pietracannone, Castagno dei Cento Cavalli, Ilice di S. Alfio . The trek can be done according to English or American riding .
Fun will be guaranteed and also the satisfaction of reaching the top and admiring the beautiful panorama, a wonderful view of the Sicilian coast and Catania. What are you waiting for? You will not regret it! It will be a unique experience!
