The Prealpine Speleological Group Association offers the opportunity to get to know places never seen before, always experimenting with new adventures.

At Arcisate (VA) our staff works throughout the year to allow anyone who wants to learn about the following disciplines:

• Speleology: excursions and didactic courses are organized in the rock cavities of natural formation. It is possible to get to know characteristic and very suggestive places.
• Canyoning: you descend the rivers, exploring their most hidden side. You will cross natural toboggans following the course of the river.

Thanks to the skill and dexterity of a group of guides, you can spend truly unique days.

Prealpine Speleological Group Speleology is an association, established in Arcisate (VA), on the initiative of Guglielmo Ronaghi.

The group is intended to promote research, exploration and study of the natural cavities found in the Valceresio mountains, on Monte Campo dei Fiori and in other important karst areas in the Varese area.

The association carries out the following activities:

• Research and exploration of natural cavities, data collection and cataloging of hypogea, study of the information collected in order to contribute to the creation of a Speleological Cadastre.
• Popular, educational and cultural activities: organization of introductory courses to caving under the aegis of the National School of Speleology of the Italian Alpine Club, to find new members and to bring young people and nature lovers closer to this discipline. Organization of evenings with the vision of reportages regarding speleological activities at cultural associations, sports groups, libraries, schools. Organization of propaganda stands at local events, festivals and fairs, fairs and other occasions through which there is the opportunity for a direct meeting with the public, in order to present to the people, in the most appropriate and interesting way, the meaning of caving. Finally, the safeguarding and protection of the superficial and deep karst heritage present in our territory.

Prealpino Canyoning Speleological Group allows you to know the most hidden corners of our territory.

The center built some time ago, offers a training offer in the speleological field, but also allows you to approach the practice of canyoning through organized descents.

Our group of experts is dedicated every year to organize canyoning excursions that allow you to experience new and very exciting adventures.

These will be canyoning descents, which will allow you to discover places that you didn't think existed.

You will bathe in natural water pools and slide on toboggans formed thanks to the millennial strength of the river water.

Each participant will be equipped with materials that will allow them to embark on the adventure in the best possible way.
