Among the courses offered by Extreme Waves the Kayak ones stand out, which will be taught by expert qualified instructors during the week or on the weekend, depending on your preference.

In detail, the courses organized are as follows:

• Weekly kayak course, lasting five days (from Monday to Friday) and aimed at both experts and beginners with theoretical and practical lessons and, for the more experienced, some practical lessons are also provided eskimo;

• Beginners course, ideal for those who are new to this sport, who will be able to gradually get closer to the river current;

• Intermediate course, dedicated to those who have some prior knowledge of kayaking and water descent and wish to improve;

• Advanced course for the more experienced who seek to enrich their knowledge and carry out effective technical maneuvers to overcome different water conditions.

With our expert instructors you will also be able to carry out individual lessons at all levels whose topic can be agreed upon in advance with the instructor, choosing for example between the rodeo, high course or slalom for the more experienced.

It will also be possible to participate in the numerous guided descents organized by Extreme Waves in the Noce, Vermigliana or Rabbies rivers as well as in their tributaries, depending on the water conditions and the abilities of the participants.

For those who wish to obtain the canoe master's license, at the Extreme Waves center it will be possible to follow the training courses and obtain the title .

Extreme Waves is located in Commezzadura, on the Noce River, famous in the environment of mountain water sports and perfect for carrying out numerous activities including the Canyoning!

Immersed in the natural setting of the Val di Sole, you can have fun sliding on the rocks and diving into the river during a splendid day in company.

This activity is suitable for everyone, especially for lovers of extreme sports and nature, who will have the opportunity to spend a day immersed in greenery, tackling the natural obstacles of the Val di Sole canyon.

Among the rocks and the woods, you will discover the charm of Trentino, descending with the help of ropes from the numerous waterfalls and covering the stretches on foot of the calmest river, or crossing suspension bridges.

The activity is carried out in the company of expert mountain guides who will make you have fun in total safety by explaining and showing you the best way to tackle the jumps and dives into the river.

You will spend about half a day in the waters of the river, and we will provide you with all the material necessary to carry out the activity: the neoprene wetsuit, the helmet and the safety harness.

Extreme Waves is the perfect place for rafting lovers. Just a few steps from the Noce River, it offers the possibility of traveling along long stretches of its 28 navigable kilometers on board our durable inflatable boats, perfect for a splendid day in company.

In the wonderful natural setting of the Val di Sole, the Extreme Waves center organizes activities in the river on different levels, to guarantee maximum fun for everyone .

On board there is space for six people plus one of our expert instructors who will accompany you on this exciting adventure among the waves.

You will face rapids, currents and eddies, trying to keep the dinghy stable while speeding along the river bed, ideal for having fun!

Canyoning is suitable for both adults and children: special transfers will be made for children, allowing them too to spend a nice day in the river.

There are three Extreme Waves rafting routes in the Noce River:

• Rafting Classic, the shortest excursion, starting from Cusiano, where you will find the Mezzana rapids;

• Exciting Rafting, of medium duration and ranging from Monclassico to Ponte Stori, along a suggestive landscape;

• Rafting Extreme, the longest excursion of all!

Depending on the conditions of the river, rafting in Mostizzolo is also carried out, during which you will reach the Santa Giustina Lake.

Haven't you ever heard of Hydrospeed? Then it's time to try it! It is a fun activity to do in the fast waters of the river, challenging the waves, the current and the rapids, and it is perfect for spending a day with friends!

You will be accompanied by one of our guides, recognized by the Italian Hydrospeed Association, and you will travel a stretch of the Noce River aboard a special floating board.

To carry out this activity you don't need to have experience, a good relationship with water will be enough! Furthermore, before departure, the instructor will hold a short theory lesson where the principles of this sport will be explained to you.

There are two types of descent, one "Easy" for those who experience hydrospeed for the first time, and the other a little more challenging, during the which will cover two sections of the river.

The center will put at your disposal all the necessary material, from wetsuit to shoes and, obviously, helmet and bob!

At the Extreme Waves centre you can also decide to take part in the Hydrospeed Course which is organized during the week or on the weekend.

Extreme Waves, in addition to the numerous water activities it organizes in the River Nera and its tributaries, offers mountain lovers the opportunity to participate in the numerous organized treks >.

The routes will develop along some of the most famous and beautiful paths of the Dolomites, and will vary in duration and level of difficulty.

Among the scheduled trekkings there are also those that will take place on the via ferratas of the Brenta Dolomites area:

• Via delle Bocchette, 3-day trek. This excursion will begin with the ascent from Madonna di Campiglio to the Grostè Pass, then traveling along the Ferrata Vidi, from which stupendous views of the mountains will open up. Alps and the Cevedale Mountain. During this trek you will be able to admire some of the most fascinating places in the area, staying each night in a different refuge;
• Via delle Bocchette lasting 5 days envisages an extension to the three-day excursion, reaching the Bocca D'Armi, passing through the Bocchette Centrali and crossing the Bocca di Brenta, continuing along the Ferrata Feice Spellini before descending back to the valley.

As for trekking, it will be possible to spend an entire week (6 days) discovering the Val di Brenta in the company of an expert alpine guide strong>or carry out a mini crossing of the Brenta for three days.

The Extreme Waves center organizes mini climbing courses held by an expert mountain guide, who will teach participants the basics of this exciting sport .

The lessons will take place mainly on a natural rock gym, and you will learn directly on the wall, with the support of the mountaineering master, the main climbing techniques and the fundamental knots for securing yourself to the strings.

It is an activity suitable for everyone, which will allow you to spend a pleasant day with family or friends, in the splendid setting of Trentino and Val di Sole .

The course will last approximately 5 hours, and all the material will be provided to you by Extreme Waves.

At the center it is also possible to try a discipline called Rappeling, which consists in descending a vertical wall approximately 50 meters high with the help of a harness and double rope, also here under the attentive gaze of the specialized mountain guide.

The more adventurous will finally be able to venture on the via ferratas, equipped paths in the middle of the Brenta Group.
