With the Circolo Velico Extreme Team , whose headquarters are located at the Marina d'Italia bathing establishment in Maccarese, near Rome, a kitesurf course in which fun is guaranteed and professionalism are guaranteed.

The beginner course is structured like this. After a first hour of theoretical approach to sport , in which the theoretical basics of kitesurfing are taught and in general everything that has to do with the sea (for example, the rose of twenty), followed by an hour of practical lesson on the beach, without entering the water. The third and fourth hours are dedicated to contact with the first real kite and consist of practicing starting and landing on the beach. Following, two hours of lessons at sea and an hour of improvement in the management of the kite at sea.

The course is divided into 4 days, after which the student will be able to continue learning the sport of kitesurfing at the club. The quality is guaranteed by the fact that only two students are allowed per hour. Safety is also guaranteed: the center has inflatable boats for any eventuality.

Finally, with Extreme Team there is the opportunity to create customized packages and have specific improvement lessons.

We are the Circolo Velico Extreme Team and we are located in Maccarese in the province of Rome at the Marina d’Italia bathing establishment. In addition, of course, to a relaxing location by the sea, we offer surf courses for all levels , individually or in groups, from 9 am to early afternoon and every day of the week. We will provide the boards and wetsuits for you!

There are two courses, depending on the level: A1 for those who still have to approach the world of surfing, and A2 for those who are already familiar with the sea.

The A1 course provides a first theoretical approach to the discipline, in which in addition to the basics of sport and safety regulations, you will learn about the sea and the winds and will gradually approach the table.

The A2 course , on the other hand, is for learning to deal with more challenging marine conditions and for learning the basic surfing maneuvers. The theoretical study will also be deepened.

The lessons are structured in three parts :
- Theoretical lesson
- Warm-up and training on the beach
- Training in the water

Our office is located on the beautiful beach of the Marina d’Italia bathing establishment, not far from Rome . If you are from the capital and are looking for refuge from the summer heat wave, it is the ideal place, with its sand and calm sea.

With Extreme Team you can sign up for a sailing course . The professionalism of our instructors will lead you to learn this ancient sport, but also to knowledge of the sea and everything related to it.

Our courses are first and second level. The first level course provides an introduction to this sport for those who are not yet familiar with boats. You can register from the age of 6 and start with a theoretical approach , in which you teach part of what you need to know about winds, knots and gaits , and you get to learn the basics of steering a boat .

The second level course is designed for perfecting the technique , but the theoretical approach will never be abandoned.

For us at the Centro Velico Extreme Team in the province of Rome the sea has no secrets. We put our knowledge of the sea and sport at your disposal, through windsurfing courses with experienced and qualified instructors.

The course is divided into various phases . It is not compulsory to pass them all, but the next one is the natural achievement of the previous one.

In the A1 course for beginners , the safety rules will be explained, some notions related to the world of the sea and the theoretical foundations of windsurfing will be given. In 5 days it is possible to be able to sail alone in light wind conditions.

The A2 courses , on the other hand, are advanced and involve departing from the beach and learning to sail even in moderate winds.

The funboard courses are divided into F1 and F2 and are for improvement. You will learn first the glide, and then the power jibe and the water start. This will bring you to a level at which it will be possible to sail in any wind.

Finally, we also offer basic courses for children . Extreme Team provides a certificate of participation at the end of all courses, as well as guaranteeing equipment and rubber boats in case of emergency.

We are located in Lazio , near Rome, and our headquarters are on the beach at the Marina d’Italia bathing establishment, in Maccarese. With us you can dedicate yourself to climbing : we offer basic courses and courses for people who are already familiar with the rock.

The basic course provides, first of all, a theoretical explanation on the use of the equipment and climbing techniques, with the learning of rope maneuvers. You will also learn the first maneuvers on the rock. The basic course includes climbing with the top rope (top rope), but if you want you can go as far as a short first rope route .

And if you are passionate about the discipline and want to continue climbing, Extreme Team guarantees beautiful landscapes and lots of fun.

Where do we climb? in the cliffs of Lazio , places suitable for this sport for the quality of the rock and for the fact that the presence of many different cliffs means that you can approach all types of climbing, trying different techniques.
